Executive Program for Visiting Consultants to Saudi Arabia from CPSP
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM FOR COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH BETWEEN MINISTRY OF HEALTH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS PAKISTAN
Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Assistant Deputy Minister for Curative Medicine and the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan have agreed to cooperate in the field of health. Pursuant to the applicable laws of the two countries and in accordance with the Joint Saudi – Pakistani Committee, both have agreed to utilize the Partial Contracting Mechanisms in respect of highly qualified consultant doctors associated with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, to work for short periods in the Saudi Ministry of Health hospitals.
The Executive Program for Cooperation requires the applicant should be a consultant in the specialty and have SEVEN (7) years experience in the clinical and educational field ( with a designation not less than that of Assistant Professor).
This Executive Program for Cooperation is for a period of three (3) years and will be renewed if not terminated by either party.
The Specialist Consultants selected for the program in Saudi Arabia will be under the Program of Provisional Medical Support (for Consultant doctors) and under Temporary Part Time Contract for a period of 3 months .
The general specialist certificate holder will be paid @ SR. 1,100/- Per Day, I.E., About SR 33,000/- Per Month. A consultant in a sub-specialty will be paid @ SR 1,600/- Per Day, I.E. SR 48,000/- Per Month. (A deduction of SR 3,000/- Per Month will be made in case accommodation is provided) Roundtrip Economy Class air ticket , healthcare and treatment at the hospital to which attached is also ensured. Selected Consultants may be asked to work at institutions at:
(List of specialists required at each facility with the required specialization is annexed as List of Hospitals, this list of positions and institutions may be modified from time to time)
Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding the CPSP will send a list of candidates and specialties to the Saudi Ministry of Health with the following:
CV of candidates
- Copies of Academic and experience certificates of the candidates certified by the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan.
- Copies of the Candidates passports.
- Candidates applications to get on the classification of occupation (form enclosed)
- Clinical reports and Laboratory tests (to prove the absence of hepatitis B/C and HIV) certified by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

Candidates may kindly file their applications as soon as possible. Those desirous to be included in the 9th batch may apply to the Secretary, CPSP, 7th Central Street, DHA II. This is a continuing program, therefore candidates are requested to file their applications indicating their availability so that the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan may take their preference into consideration.
